This is how we find potential overlaps or gaps between your property and its neighbors, easements benefiting or burdening the property, and other factors 'hidden' in past deeds and not shown in the latest records. This is part of our ethical obligation as surveyors, and unlike some others, we're not willing to skip this critical step.
